Equipoise Technologies Sensing, Measurement and Acquisiton (ET:sma)

Representing Measurement Specialties, QTI, Inprox Technology, Tekscan and Redfish Sensors, ET:sma provides a broad range of sensing technologies- pressure, force, temperature, position, fluid properties, velocity, vibration and humidity.  We assist in integrating & embedding these technologies into a wide range of applications and products in the aerospace, industrial, medical and semiconductor markets.

As the need for precision increases, measurement systems from Micro Epsilon fill the need for non-contact measurement of surface profiling & displacement down to the nanometer level and high temperatures (up to 3000degF) with +/-0.1 degree C accuracy. These systems can be integrated into turnkey solutions for the most difficult measurement tasks.

Data logging and acquisition are key components to the overall approach. Computer Aided Solutions has a wide range of solutions from basic temperature and humidity logging to multiplexed acquisition at 2MHz with 16 bit resolution.

The transition from analog to digital and the increasing sophistication of sensors & measurement systems has led to a requirement for sensor outputs to be modeled in software for use with NI LabView, Matlab and other software packages. SensorObjects is there to bridge the gap and help customers enhance their products and/or process. Partnering with system integrators further enhances the capabilities of this group to provide a turnkey solution for the most challenging applications.

The Measurement Specialties fluid property sensor (FPS) directly and simultaneously measures the viscosity, density, dielectric constant and temperature of fluids to determine the quality, condition and contaminant loading of fluids such as engine oil, fuel, transmission and brake fluid, hydraulic and gear oils, refrigerants and solvents.

Ever wonder when your UV adhesive is cured? Introducing Dymax See Cure™. The adhesive starts blue and becomes clears when cured- the color change is an integral part of the chemistry and not a dye. Biocompatible products are available.

Micro Epsilon’s LLT2700 laser line scanner is capable of scanning a 640 pixel line at 100Hz. The controller is integral to the laser head and can be used for cost effective bead / gap compliance, surface measurements and much more.
